Single Use Plastic : What you need to know about the upcoming Federal ban
The federal government has recently published a document reviewing the technical guideline concerning the upcoming single use plastic ban. Six products categories are included in this ruling: Plastic Bags, Plastic utensils, six-pack rings, steering sticks, straws and some specific types of food packaging.
Section B.3 highlights the details on plastic food packaging which are covered in this ban (B.3.1) by definition, and those who are NOT COVERED (B.3.2) by the ruling.
Furthermore, we are happy to inform you that no items in Tilton’s portfolio is part of
the upcoming plastic ban.
